PRE-CHECK-IN FORM
Common Questions
What time should we arrive for check-in?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your scheduled weigh-in session starts. Pre-checking in online speeds up the process, but you still need to be present for the physical weigh-in and skin check.
What do we need to bring to the weigh-in?
Please bring a valid USA Wrestling card for the athlete. Wrestlers should be in their singlet or appropriate weigh-in attire. Nails must be trimmed and skin checks will be performed.
How does the on-site process work?
Once you arrive, head to the check-in station behind the stadium. If you've pre-checked in, you will get in the PRE-CHECK line, if you have not, you will enter the CHECK IN line. You will then proceed to skin checks and finally the scale.
Can I change my division during check-in?
Minor adjustments can be made at the head table if weight limits are missed, but we encourage coaches to finalize rosters via the pre-check-in form to ensure brackets are processed smoothly.
